Something.

My husband is pretty fantastic. Since he's been out of town way too many days this month, he made sure to leave little surprises for me. One of the surprises I received was a package from The Something Store. It's an online store that you pay a flat rate of $10 to and they'll send you something. It's guaranteed to retail for greater than the $10 you paid, but the trick is that you have no idea what you're getting yourself into in purchasing the mystery gift.

They have previously sent items on their website to check out, but there is no guarantee you'll receive something worthwhile. Here are some of their former gifts:

Nikon Coolpix Camera
cheese plate & utensils
kitchen mandolin
climbing backpack
Anne Klein watch

I'd categorize those as decent gifts they've sent within the last 25 days. Here are some less-than-exciting options:
All zipper pouch
duct tape wallet
finger drum set
nature suncatcher
I bet you're wondering what I got in the mail, aren't you???

...

Well, without further adieu... I opened my mailbox to find this lovely gem today:

Why friends, yes. That is indeed a Baby Phat hat in case you were straining your eyes to figure out that logo. Off the hook, yo. And it is absolutely worth more than a retail value of $10. Check. Please try to contain your (obvious) jealousy right now.
Baby Phat Trucker Edition with Rhinestones in Tango Red. I be straight hookin' you up with a thug pi(c)ture right here, Dog.
 What do you think, keeper?
Yes, I cropped my very messy bedroom out of this photo.

I hear some girl in Chicago has a new Baby Phat hat for sale. $28. Any takers? {what?? just trying to make a profit!}

I told you my husband was the most thoughtful man ever. <3

That's pretty dang funny. Definitely better than the suncatcher and finger drum set you showed us, but not by much. :) at least it sparkles!

Love the hat. You wear it well.

It IS a really fun idea, though. Nice job, hubby.

So jealous. It's totally off the hook (saying that in my most white voice ever). I bet if you wore it to school (at least in the city), you'd be like the coolest sub evvvvvver! ;) I'm totally checking out the Something Store now. I bet I end up with the duct tape wallet.

That's a pretty hot hat. Ebay it? Maybe? :|

I'm confused though, did you get that dreamy wolf dreamy suncatcher? Because if not, you should look into bartering for it... hahaha

That's a fun concept though!
