Yeah, so we decided it makes us too sad to keep that around and someone's coming by this afternoon. We have nothing against trains themselves, and as a matter of fact, Benjamin's first Christmas ornament was purchased in Germany and it's a little locomotive. We're cool with him having train things and even a train... just not the one we bought for Andrew.
We've decided to encourage and invest in Lego instead.
Moving on to Insta-Friday after that little uplifting update.
Sweet Chili Pistachios. New favorite. |
Broccoli stalk must have worked because this baby now has four teeth! |
Dinner Thursday night: vegetarian & meat cabbage rolls. I added parmesan to the top as well. Also read: leftovers = dinner tonight |
As soon as B showed signs of a cold, I bought this bad boy along with 20 extra filters on Amazon. Took FO-EVA to get here, but now that it's here, we're one happy, snot-sucking family. |

It's funny how they do that little fake cough when upset...Davey is a master of it.
Kaia loves my lap top cord too. She also adores keys (must be of the metal variety, not the plastic kid kind), and any and all cell phones.
Broken choo-choo dreams for sure :(
Turns out after 3? Snot sucking is no longer acceptable. I had to put money in the future therapy jar after that incident. I still feel bad and my intentions were totally pure.
Go Ben! Forward motion soon!!
Oh sad about the train set. Sad sad. Well jumped from one expensive investment (Thomas stuff) to another (Lego).
I'm sorry about the train set. I know that's a kind of heartbreaker in itself.
B is too funny with his cranky crawling.
I LOVE the nosefrida!!! And after seeing what I sucked out of her nose when she was sick, I am sooo disgusted by those blue bulb things, because I just imagine dried snot and boogers multiplying inside of there!!!
Sorry about the train, it can be hard to let go of those "things" sometimes.
